What we collect

The photo you upload, the style you choose, and your pet's name, so we can make the portrait.
Your email, so we can send you your portrait and your order confirmation.
If you buy a physical product, your name and shipping address, collected by Stripe at checkout.
Basic analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, buttons clicked), including through the Meta pixel, so we can see which ads work.

It's used only to create your portrait. It is processed by our image-generation provider (fal.ai) and then stored on our servers for up to 24 hours so you can try other styles.
We do not use your photos to train anything, sell them, or share them with anyone except the provider that generates the portrait and, if you order a print, the print partner that makes it.
Unpurchased previews and the original photo are deleted within 24 hours. Purchased portraits are kept so you can re-download them.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

We email you about your order. If we send anything else, every message will have an unsubscribe link.
